What to Bring:

• Personal journal or notebook (you will be given a workbook)
• Fan or favorite pillows
• Slippers/house shoes
• Lap blanket for session for extra coziness if you’d like
• A mindset ready to reflect and grow

Noteworthy:

• Upon arrival, your facilitators will be there to welcome you and assist with the check-in process.
• All meals, snacks, beverages are included, so it’s important to let us know two weeks prior to retreat if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.
