- Personal journal or notebook (you will be given a workbook)
- Bible
- Fan or favorite pillows
- Slippers/house shoes
- Lap blanket for session for extra coziness if you’d like
- A mindset ready to reflect and grow
Noteworthy:
- Upon arrival, your facilitators will be there to welcome you and assist with the check-in process.
- All meals, snacks, beverages are included, so it’s important to let us know two weeks prior to retreat if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.
